1 - Click on JLbsFilterEditGrid in the Outline field as shown in the image below.
2 - Click the Filter button to display the Filter Definitions form.
3 - You will see the default filter definitions.
4 - LPT values and ranges of numeric, string, date/time and list data types
Click the Add button and then click String Range Filter.
5 - Define a feature-based filter for the code field.
Set the properties for filtering as follows.

6 - Select the Text property and click the button in the Value field.
The "Resource Items" form will appear.
Set English (ENUS) to Code.
7 - Define a database filter for the code field.
Set the "DataField" property to CODE.
8 - Other filters have already been defined with the Browser Wizard.
If necessary, you can add filters as described above.
Click the OK button to save and close the form.
9 - You'll see filters in JLbsFilterEditGrid.
