The Interest Info option located in the F9/right mouse button menu of the related record is used to record the interest rate of the bank account and the stoppage and fund rates to be used in interest accounts in current account and current account in F. Currency records. The following information is recorded on the interest info window:
Current Account Interest: The annual current account interest applied by the bank. The rate is entered as percentage.
Stoppage Rate: The stoppage rate applied to stoppage deduction amount calculations. The stoppage deduction is equal to the multiplication of the calculated gross interest and the stoppage rate specified on the account record.
Fund Rate: The fund rate applied to fund deduction amount calculations. The fund deduction is equal to the multiplication of the calculated stoppage deduction amount and the interest rate specified on the account record.
