Information regarding the banks and bank accounts of the company are kept in a bank record for each branch, and in Bank Account records opened in connection with this record. In other words, bank definitions have two levels:

  • Bank
  • Bank Account

In this way, if the company has more than one account in the same bank branch, these accounts can be defined as related to one single bank record.

The transactions on bank accounts can be tracked from bank account records. The records are generated first by recording the bank record to which the bank information will be recorded, and then the Bank Account related to this bank. The option is located in the Main Records menu of the Finance section.
