The fields on the Communication tab are:
Address: The address information of AR/AP is recorded on the following fields:
- District
- Town
- City
- Country
- Zip Code
Phone Number / Fax No: The fields used to record the phone and fax numbers of the AR/AP.
Contact Name: The name of the contract person of the customer or the supplier. Three different contact names can be entered to an AR/AP record.
Internet Address: The URL address of the AR/AP.
E-Mail Address: The e-mail address of the AR/AP. Three different e-mail addresses can be entered.
Language: The language used in correspondences with the AR/AP.
