Certain information that is not displayed on columns related to G/L slip lines is entered using the options of the right mouse button menu. The options vary depending on the transaction performed on the related column. The options and functions located in the right mouse button menu of the G/L Slip window are:
Equalize Balance: This option is located in the right mouse button menu of Journal Slip, Special Slip, Exch. Rate Diff. Slip, Opening Slip, Collection Slip and Payment Slip types, and is used to equalize debit and credit totals of the slip.
