The reminder system of J-Guar allows e-mail, letter of fax messages to be sent to the contact person of the AR/AP if payments are not made or made later than the tolerated time range after the expected date. Reminder levels which are used in AR/AP reminder operations are recorded using the Reminder Levels option located under the System Settings module > Definitions > Trading System menu.
