Accounts to be consolidated or eliminated and other characteristics to be processed in consolidation transactions are recorded using the Consolidation Rules option. Consolidation Rules are located under the Definitions menu of the General Ledger module. The icons of the Consolidation Rules List and the options of the Info and right click menus are used to add new rules or to modify existing definitions.
| New | Used to define a new consolidation rule. |
| Update | Used to modify definition information. |
| Delete | Used to delete consolidation definitions one by one or in batches. |
| View | Used to view definition information. |
| Copy | Used to copy selected consolidation rule definition. Allows fast and flawless data entry. |
Start Template | Used to record macros for the transaction to be performed on the consolidation rules list. |
Finish Template | Used to terminate the macro recording. |
Load From Template | Used to load data from template. | |

Number of Records | List the total number of records and the number by card type on the consolidation rules list. | |
