Accounts to be consolidated or eliminated and other characteristics to be processed in consolidation transactions are recorded using the Consolidation Rules option. Consolidation Rules are located under the Definitions menu of the General Ledger module. The icons of the Consolidation Rules List and the options of the Info and right click menus are used to add new rules or to modify existing definitions.

Finish Template

Record Information

Displays the time and the user of the first registry and the last modification of the consolidation rule.

 


Tracking

Used to access and view system tracking records.

 


Refresh

Used to refresh the consolidation rules list. The option is located in the right click menu.

Line Coloring

Used to color the lines of consolidation rules list according to the specified criteria.

 


Back to Defaults

Used to return the window dimensions into the application default.

 


Save Settings

Used to save consolidation rule list settings.

 


Save General Settings

Used to save general settings.

 


Number of Records

List the total number of records and the number by card type on the consolidation rules list.

Reporting

 


List Report

Used to report the records of consolidation rules list collectively.

 


Grouped List Report

Used to list the consolidation rule records by grouping them according to column headings.

Selection

 


Select All

Used to select all records in consolidation rules list.

 


Clear All Selections

Used to clear all selections.

 


Toggle Selection

Used to toggle the selections in list.

Used to record the columns to be displayed on the consolidation rules list and their order.
