G/L accounts to be used in consolidation transactions are separately recorded for main and second chart of accounts. Consolidated accounts are defined using the following options.

  • Consolidated Main Chart of Accounts
  • Consolidated Second Chart of Accounts
  • Consolidated Third Chart of Accounts

The related icons and the options of the right click menu are used to define new accounts or to modify existing definitions.

Each account to be used in consolidation is recorded using the New option.  Fields and information recorded on the account definition window is similar to the chart of accounts. Account information is recorded using the fields on the account definition window and the Definitions option. The Tables option is used to specify the tables where the account will be used.
