e-Ledger files are prepared in accordance with the format and standards specified by Revenue Administration with Logo j-guar platform application. The file signing, patent file generation and other necessary operations are easily performed with the relevant menu options.

If the e-Ledger application is executed with the "e-Ledger" option in the above-mentioned catalogue, a Login screen opens. The username/password and company information to be entered on this screen are the record information used by entering Logo j-guar Applicationplatform Application. 

The e-Ledger window accessed by using one of the above options is as follows:

• e-Ledger files are prepared in accordance with the format and standards specified by Revenue Administration with Logo j-guar platform application.
• The generated "ledger" file is sealed or signed.
• The "patent" file is generated by using specific information from the sealed or signed "ledger" file.
• The patent file is signed or sealed.
• The sealed or signed patent file is sent to GIB. (The file is uploaded by entering "e-Ledger Application" at www.edefter.gov.tr.)
• The patent file, which can be downloaded and sealed with the financial seal of the Revenue Administration, is accessed by the ledger owner.
