Print option located in the right mouse button menu of the Purchase Receipts window is used to print the Purchase Receipt one by one. The printing method default of Purchase Receipt is specified using the Purchasing Parameters. The receipt can either be printed immediately after being saved, or at any other time. In order to print the receipts individually, first the receipt to be printed, and then Print option of the right mouse button menu is selected. Print window displays the form to be printed and the unit where the slip will be printed. The forms to be used for slip printing are defined using the Form Generator.
