AR/AP risk can be defined as unpaid debt. Risk control is an operation performed intensively in sales and purchasing departments of a company. Under today's conditions, companies arrange and plan their relations with customers not only by considering AR/AP balances, but also checking receipt/dispatch totals which are not billed or will be billed in the future.
The method of risk controls, currency type for risk tracking, risk factors for checks/promissory notes and AR/AP records for which these values will apply are recorded using the Risk Definitions menu option. The Risk Definitions option is located under the Definitions menu of Finance module. In order to make a new risk definition or change existing records, the relevant menu options are used.
Risk definitions recorded for AR/AP can also be accessed by selecting Attached Records> Risk Definitions in the AR/AP list.
