It is the report that lists the income/expense records generated as a result of the distributions made in service sales/purchases. It is located in the General Ledger Management/Other Reports menu. The filter options used in the Prepaid Income-Expense Distribution report are as below:

When the Distribution Type filter is selected as "Income Distribution", the report is displayed as "Prepaid Income Distribution", and when it is selected as "Expense Distribution" is selected, it is displayed as "Prepaid Expense Distribution".
The Future Months column is displayed with the "Reference Distribution Year" selected in the filter. For example; if the Reference Distribution Year is selected as 2018, it will be displayed as "Future Months (2018)".
The Distribution Year is a mandatory filter.
The distribution amounts are calculated by the value selected In the Reference Distribution Month filter. For example, if the value of the filter is March, the amounts before March are displayed as distributed. It is included in the "Distributed Amount" calculation. The amounts from March to December are evaluated in "Future Months". The amounts remaining in the years after the distribution year and the amounts in the future years are displayed in the "Future Years" field.
TRY is used as "Transaction Currency" even if the amounts are in foreign currency.
The invoices in the "Approved, G/L Approved" status are processed.
The Draft Distributions filter applies the G/L slips. It also covers the G/L slips that are distributed to the "Income/Expense Account for Future Months" of the distribution for the future years.
