e-Ledger is used to generate the source document details in batch. It is located under the Operations menu in the General Accounting module.

When you click Generate e-Ledger Source Document Detail option, the following filter window opens.

Organizational Unit is mandatory. The related unit is selected from the Units list to be opened through the Value field.

Date Range is mandatory. Date Range determines in which date range the source document details will be generated.

The options for Regenerate Current Document Details are Yes and No. If the No option is selected and the e-Ledger records are available in the specified date range, the application user is warned by the "You cannot make any transaction on the records for which e-Ledger is generated!" message.

Source Type is mandatory. The source type or types for which the source document detail will be generated are checked. 

The operation is started by clicking Apply.

This operation can be tracked via the Operations screen accessed through the Operations  menu in the main menu of the program.
