Latest bank status information is tracked using the Account Status information located under the Info menu of the Bank Branches browser. The account status window is displayed as a table. Table lines display the latest account details on debit/credit fields.
The Total Checks Issued line displays the company's collected and not collected check totals,
The AR/AP Total line displays AR/AP totals,
The Total Cash field displays the current account total and total debit/credit amounts of collected checks,
The Collection and Clearing total field displays the debit/credit totals of collection P. Notes and clearing checks.
The General Total field displays the Debit, Credit and Balance totals calculated by processing the Total Cash and Collection/Clearing Total fields.
