Aux. Code fields of definitions and transactions list the defined auxiliary codes, and the relevant definition is selected. Depending on the transaction performed, clicking the browse button "..." (or pressing F10) on the Aux. Code field will list the auxiliary codes related to the definition or transaction. A warning message prompting user confirmation appears if the Aux. Code is not defined in the System Settings module. If the auxiliary code is defined, it is selected and transferred into the definition or transaction. If a different auxiliary code will be defined for the definition or transaction, a new definition is created using the New option of the Aux. Codes list. New auxiliary codes and the descriptions are transferred into the transaction or definition by clicking the Select button once they are recorded.
