Auxiliary codes are used to group definitions, operations and transactions. Auxiliary codes are separately defined for definitions, operations and transactions in the application sections. Defined auxiliary codes are accessed through definitions, operations and transactions, and transferred into the related field.
Auxiliary codes are recorded using the Auxiliary Codes menu option located under the System Settings module > Definitions > Other menu.
The auxiliary codes tree definition window is used to record auxiliary codes to be applied to definitions or transactions. As many auxiliary codes as required can be defined.
Each definition is displayed as a line on the Code and Description fields. The application section that the Aux. code is related to is specified by copying it under the related module on the System Modules section of the definition window.

The following information is recorded on the lines of the definition window:
Code: The auxiliary code used to group cards, operations and transactions. Alphanumeric characters can be used to define the auxiliary code.
Description: The description of the auxiliary code definition.
