The monthly, weekly and daily status of the safe deposit can be displayed by selecting the Account Summary option located in the right mouse button menu of the safe deposits window. A window listing the daily totals of Debit, Credit and Balance amounts of the selected safe deposit is displayed by clicking the account summary button. The required period is selected from the drop down menu located at the top of the window to display the account summary in Monthly, Weekly or Daily totals.
The Account Summary window is in form of a table. The table lines display the months, days and weeks within the fiscal year according to the selected period. The columns list the following totals within the selected period:
- Collections
- Payments
- Safe Deposit Balance
