The New option of the Contacts browser is used to record the persons to be contacted for meetings with customer and/or suppliers. The information to be entered is as follows:
Name: The name of the contact person.
Middle Name: The second name of the contact person.
Surname: The surname of the contact person.
Position: The position of the contact person within the company.
Category: This field is used for reporting purposes. Used to group contact persons.


Contact Info
The fields on this section are used to record the contact's e-mail address, work, home and mobine phone number and fax number.
