Shipment addresses are important if the customer or supplier has multiple divisions. Shipment addresses are recorded using the Shipment Addresses option located in the Related Records menu of the AR/AP Accounts Receivable & Payable browser.
Shipment addresses are used in sales/purchase slips and invoices. The shipment address is specified on the shipment address field located on the Shipment Address section of slips and invoices.
The icons of the Shipment Addresses list and the options right-click menu are used to define new shipment addresses or to modify existing definitions.
| Update | Used to modify shipment address information. |
| Delete | Used to delete the shipment addresses. Active definitions cannot be deleted. |
| View | Used to view shipment address information. The information displayed using this option cannot be changed. |
| Copy | Used to copy selected definition information into a new card. |
Change Status | Used to specify the usage status of shipment addresses. This field has two options: Active and Passive. Passive definitions cannot be used on slips and invoices. | |
Start Template | Used to record macro for any transaction by shipment addresses list. | |
Finish Template | Used to finish macro-defining steps. | |
Load From Template | Used to load data from template. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the Shipment Addresses browser. | |
