Project Requirements are defined in General, Activities, Additional Info and Notes.

Code

The code of the project requirements. It is an alphanumeric field that is 30 character long.

Description

The definition or description of the project requirements.

Aux. Code

A secondary coding field that is used to group project requirements. It is an alphanumeric field that is 10-character long. Auxiliary Code is used to group project additional info by company specific criteria. It is also used to process information that is not found in project requirement card, but requested to enter.

Auth. Code

Used for detailed authorization definition. It is 10 characters long. There are records, which users should be able to use within the scope of their work definition. Planning is required for the detailed authorization definition. Firstly, the project additional info that is accessed and processed by the user or user groups should be determined. Then, different authorization codes should be given to project requirements for each authorization group. Users will be able to access and process the templates only if logged in with the specified authorization code.

The status of the requirement. The options are Open, Planned, I am Workin On, Closed and Cancelled. The status is updated manually.

Hierarchy

The hierarchy of the requirement.

Requirement Source

The source of the requirement.

Requirement Type

The type of the requirement.

Reporter

Selected from Project Roles list.

Report Date

The date and time when the requirement is reported.

Estimated Effort

Entered manually.

Tracking Number

Entered manually.

Activities

The field where the project activities are listed.

Code / Description

The code and description of the activity.

Status

The status of the activity.

Additional Info

The project additional info of the requirement. Additional Info is defined through Project Additional Info under Project Management-Definitions menu; associated with the requirements through Project Additional Info under Project Management-Projects-Related Records menu. The associated characteristics are located in "Additional Info" of the related requirement. New and Delete transactions cannot be performed in Additional Info. New and Delete transactions are performed in Projects-Related Records-Project Additional Info.

Code

The code of the additional info associated with the requirement through "Project Additional Info" in Project-Related Records menu. It is unchangeable.

Description

The definition or description of requirement additional info.

Value/Value Description

The value of the requirement additional info. The values of the characteristic associated with the requirement are displayed and selected in this field.

Mandatory

The mandatory field of the additional info associated through "Project Additional Info" in Projects-Related Records menu. It is unchangeable.
If the value of the mandatory characteristics is not specified, Save transaction cannot be performed. A warning is received.
