If the Input Slip type is Customer P. Note, the following P. Note information is recorded using the New option on the slip lines:

Portfolio Number: The tracking number of the P. Note. Alphanumeric characters can be used to enter the employee number. Checks are sorted by their numbers. The Portfolio Number field is mandatory.
Due Date: The due date of the P. Note. The due date field is mandatory.
Serial Number: The serial number of the P. Note.
Aux. Code: A code field of 10 characters used to group P. Notes. The Aux. Code is used to classify P. Notes by company specific criteria.
Authorization Code: Used to define detailed authorizations. The string is 10 characters long. Records are encrypted according to the information provided on the Auth. Code field so that only the users who log in with the specified authorization code can access and process the records.
Nonnegotiable: Indicates that customer P. Notes cannot be endorsed. The P. Notes list accessed through the P. Notes issued to AR/AP slips does not contain P. Notes recorded as "Nonnegotiable".
Issue Date: The date issued of the P. Note.
Debtor: The name of the person who issued the P. Note.
Place of Payment: The name of the city where the P. Note will be paid.
Guarantor: The guarantor of the P. Note.
Correspondent Branch: The correspondent branch information. If the bank that issues the P. Note does not have a branch in the company location, transactions are performed with another bank. This field is used to record the name of this bank or branch.
Amount: The field used to record the P. Note amount. This field is mandatory.
Amount (RC): The amount of the P. Note in reporting currency. The exchange rate for the desired date is selected from the daily exchange rates list.
Amount (TC): The field used to record the P. Note transaction currency. The transaction currency and amount are recorded on the related fields.
Organizational Unit: Indicates the organizational unit of the company to which the P. Note is related. The organizational unit specified on slip general info field is displayed, and cannot be changed.
