Operations and records related to the assets are tracked and recorded in the relevant asset browsers by using the options available in Attached Records menu.
Asset General Ledger Accounts
The G/L Connection Codes (Main Chart of Accounts), G/L Connection Codes (Second Chart of Accounts) and G/L Connection Codes (Third Chart of Accounts) options located under the Attached Records menu of asset definition browsers (real estates, transport vehicles, equipment, other assets browsers) are used to record G/L accounts under which the asset transactions will be tracked in General Ledger and properties of these accounts.
The relevant connection group is selected in the Connection Codes field in G/L Connection Codes window.
The G/L account and account details which will apply for the selected connection code is recorded using the New option.
