Real Estate Info
Zoning status | The field used to specify the zoning status of the real estate. This field consists of the Zoned and Not Zoned options. |
Date of Construction | Indicates the construction year of the real estate. The construction date can be either entered directly or selected from the calendar accessed by clicking the Calendar button. |
Address Info | Address fields are used to enter address information of the real estate. |
Title Deed Info | The fields on this section are used to record deed information such as the area, plot and parcel number. |
Equipment Info
| Barcode | It is the barcode value of the equipment. The asset is selected by reading the barcode in the Maintenance Request and Maintenance Order forms. When the barcode is read, the category, the asset code/description, and the organizational unit information of the asset are automatically displayed on the forms. |
Serial Number | The serial number of the equipment. |
Installation Date | Indicates the installation year of the equipment. |
Activity Start Date | Indicates when the equipment became operational. |
Usage Area | This field is used to specify where the equipment will be used. The usage field options are listed and a selection is made. |
Track by Location | This option is checked if the equipment will be tracked by location. |
Warehouse Info | The source and target warehouses are entered in Input / Output Material Warehouse fields. |
Transport Vehicle Info
| Barcode | It is the barcode value of the equipment. The asset is selected by reading the barcode in the Maintenance Request and Maintenance Order forms. When the barcode is read, the category, the asset code/description, and the organizational unit information of the asset are automatically displayed on the forms. |
Serial Number | The serial number of the vehicle. |
Production Year | Indicates the production year of the vehicle. |
Start Km | Indicates the mileage value of the vehicle when it was used for the first time. |
Number of Seats | The number of seats in the vehicle. |
Air Conditioned | Indicates whether the vehicle is equipped with an air conditioner. |
Engine Type | The engine type of the vehicle. The transport vehicle engine types that are recorded in system settings module are listed and the related type is selected. |
Fuel Type | The fuel oil type used by the vehicle. The transport vehicle fuel types recorded in the System Settings module are listed and the related type is selected. |
Body Type | The body type of the vehicle. The transport vehicle body types that are recorded in system settings module are listed and the related type is selected. |
Track by Location | Used to specify if the vehicle will be tracked by warehouse location. This field is checked if location tracking will be applied, and asset transactions such as commissioning, allowance and transfer cannot be performed without entering the location. |
Shipment Capacity | Width, length, height, area, volume and weight of the relevant transport vehicle that will apply in shipment transactions are entered under this heading. |
