Used to define consolidation codes belong to company, material cards and AR/AP records with the aim of grouping the values that will be consolidated.
The option is located in the Global menu of the System Administrator application.
By the type field on the lower part of the consolidations list it is determined that which type of record the consolidation code will be defined for.
