The tradesman invoice is a document indicating a payment/collection transaction, and is issued against a service received or sold. Tradesman Invoice information is recorded by selecting the Tradesman Invoice Received/Issued option located under the Safe Deposit Transactions menu. The Tradesman Invoice Issued/Received contains the following information:
The transaction information is automatically displayed on the Transaction Number field, and can be changed if necessary.
The stoppage rate is the rate applied to stoppage deduction amount calculations.
The fund share rate is the rate applied to fund deduction amount calculations.
The VAT on gross field is used to specify the VAT rate to be applied to the gross fee total.

The Gross Fee and Net Fee fields located at the bottom of the window are used to record the transaction amount. Totals are calculated according to the information recorded on the Income Tax Stoppage, Fund Share Rate and VAT on gross fields, and transferred into the relevant fields.
The recorded tradesman invoice is listed on the safe deposit transactions list with transaction number, date and payment/collection point code.
