Used to record status info for purchase orders that will be determined by the user. The option is located in Definitions menu of the Administration section. Status info entered in this window is listed in Status part of purchase order slips Approval Info window. It is only for viewing. The description entered by user can be "Active" and "Passive". User defined statuses in "Passive" status are not listed in order slips approval info window.
