Bank accounts can be listed by clicking the Accounts button located at the bottom of the banks window, or using the Accounts option located in the right mouse button menu. Bank accounts are recorded by selecting a record type. The buttons located at the bottom of the window, and the options of the right mouse button menu are used for bank accounts transactions. The menu options and functions of the Bank Accounts window are:
New | Used to create a new bank account. | |
Update | Used to modify bank account information. | |
Delete | Used to delete the bank account. | |
View | Used to view bank account information without making changes. | |
Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. Provides ease of use by allowing fast data entry. | |
Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. | |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected bank accounts in batch. | |
Account Summary | Used to list the last status of the account in monthly totals. In addition to local currency, account summary can also be displayed in reporting currency. | |
Transactions | Used to list transactions of the selected bank account. | |
Account Status | Used to display updated information for current accounts and current accounts in F.C. | |
Back Payment Plans | Used to define back payment plans for credit card accounts. | |
Print (Letter) | Used to print bank account information on label or letterform. Form definitions are generated using the form generator option located in the Tools menu of the application. | |
Extract | Displays debit, credit and balance totals of the bank account, along with transaction information. | |
Number of Records | The option used to display the number of bank accounts. | |
Refresh | Used to display the current status of the bank accounts window. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. | |
Create Shortcut | Used to create shortcuts of the records. | |
Send Shortcut | Used to send the created shortcuts to related users. |
