In service sales, the proposals given to companies, discounts to be applied to sales exceeding a certain quantity, payment conditions for which the price will be valid and delivery times are recorded in separate prices for each service. Recording this information decreases the data entry error rate by allowing to select the defined prices in service sales and applying them automatically to the transaction. The option is located in the Main Records menu of the Sales and Distribution module.
Service Sales Prices List displays the defined Prices. The menu options and functions of the window are as follows:
New | Used to create a new price. | |
Update | Used to make modifications for the price information. | |
Delete | Used to delete the price. | |
View | Used to view the price without making changes. | |
Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. | |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected prices in batch. | |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. | |
Filter | Used to display the service prices list with the records matching the requested characteristics. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the service sales prices list. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. | |
Batch Update | Used to update the selected records' information in batches. |
