The menu option used to record the operations regarding the packaging of materials (box, parcel, palette, sack, etc.) in accordance with the material order contents to be delivered to the customer and the customer expectations.
The materials to be used for packaging can be selected from materials marked as Package in the Material Management section. If the packaging materials of the material to be delivered to the customer are known, this information is specified in the section of the material record of the packaging material where the customer-supplier relations are defined.
The Packaging Slips option is located in the Transactions menu of the Sales and Distribution section. The menu options and functions of the Packaging Slips window are:
| New | Used to create a new Packaging Slip. |
| Update | Used to modify slip information. |
| Delete | Used to delete the Packaging Slips. |
| View | Used to view the Packaging Slip without making changes. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the slip information. |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected slips in batch. | |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Number of Records | Displays the number of recorded slips. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the packaging slips list. | |
Print (Label) | Used to print the Package information on the label form. | |
Print (Matrix Label) | Used to print the Package information on the matrix label form. | |
Print (Form) | Used to print the Package information on the form. | |
Generate Usage Slip | Used to create a usage slip for packaging. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
