The information about planned sales is recorded in the Sales Opportunities section. The related buttons or the options of the right mouse button menu are used to sales opportunities or to modify the existing definitions.
To add a sales opportunity, first the customer to whom the opportunity will be added is clicked on the customers list. Then the Sales Opportunities menu is selected. The sales opportunities are recorded by clicking on "New" button.

New

Used to generate new sales opportunity information.

Update

Used to modify sales opportunity information.

Delete

Used to delete sales opportunity record.

 

View

Used to view the sales opportunity information without making changes.

Copy

Used to create a new record by copying the sales opportunity information. This button provides fast data entry.

 

Print

Used to print the selected record.

 

Multiple Delete

Used to delete the selected records. This option becomes active only when the records with the Passive status are selected.

Filter

Used to display the records matching the filter conditions specified in the sales opportunities list.

 

Change Salespersons

Used to link the sales opportunity information to another salesperson.

 

Sales Opportunity History

Used to track the activities performed for the sales, and to modify the activity records.

 

Status Info

Used to modify sales opportunity status.

Record Information

Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions.

 

Number of Records

Displays the number of recorded opportunities.

 

Refresh

Used to refresh the sales opportunities window.

 

Back to Defaults

Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application.
