The Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System is used to track and plan the sales activities as a whole. The customers planned to sell to and the contacts for these customers are specified, and the appointments are recorded. The other potential sales opportunities are also tracked along with the planned sales.
Salesperson types can be specified for salespersons, and a customer base can be generated for these types. The sales employees are defined as Sales representative and Seller. The Seller is a company-dependent active salesperson. The Sales Representative is a company-independent salesperson who involves in lead identification, preparation of customer proposals, and conversion of proposals to orders.
The Sales & Distribution Proposal Management System is used to record the potential customers, contacts, organizations or groups that are targeted for sales relationships, and to plan the sales. The sectors and business volumes of the customers can be recorded and reported. The contact records can be kept along with any other customer details.
The options of the Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System menu can be used to record and track the general sales opportunities and activities, and My Sales Activities option can be used by salespersons to generate personal agendas to monitor their own sales activities.
The Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System is located in the Sales and Distribution section of the LOGO application.
