If the Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System module of the LOGO application is used, the salespersons are recorded using the Salespersons option. The option is located in the Main Records menu of the Sales and Distribution section. You can record two types of salespersons according to their job descriptions. 



The menu options and functions used in the Salespersons window are as follows:

New

Used to define a new salesperson.

Update

Used to modify salesperson information.

Delete

Used to delete salesperson information. Only the records with passive status can be deleted.

View

Used to view the salesperson information without making changes.

Copy

Used to create a new record by copying the salesperson information.


Multiple Delete

Used to delete the selected salespersons in batch. This option becomes active only when the cards with the Passive status are selected.

Record Information

Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions.


Database Extensions

Used for user-defined forms.


Seller - AR/AP Connection

Used to create AR/AP connection of the sellers.

Sales Route

Used to record the route information for the salespersons.

Sales Targets

Used to record the sales targets for the salesperson.


Number of Records

Displays the number of recorded salespersons by type and with total numbers.


Refresh

Used to refresh the salespersons list.


Back to Defaults

Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application.


Create Shortcut

Used to create shortcuts of the records.


Send Shortcut

Used to send the created shortcuts to related users.
