The fields under this title are used to record collateral tools issued to the bank as collateral.



Method of Collateral Code: The code of the collateral method used for the credit. Recorded collateral methods are listed and the related definition is selected.
Method of Collateral Description: The name or the description of the collateral method used for the credit. The description is transferred into this field when the collateral method code is entered. Related definition lists can also be accessed through the description field, allowing selections or new definitions.
Credit Limit: Indicates the maximum credit amount that the bank will grant to the company.
Risk Rate (%):The collateral risk rate specified by the bank for the company.
Collateral Limit: The total amount of the check and/or P. Note to be issued as collateral, calculated by multiplying the credit amount entered into the Credit Limit field with the percentage specified on the Credit Margin field. This amount is automatically calculated and transferred into the field by the application.
To Collateral: This field is used to display the total amount of checks/P. Notes issued to collateral for the credit demand.
Available Limit: Indicates the amount of credit the company requests from the bank depending on the amount of collateral P. Notes or checks. This field is not for data entry. The credit amount is automatically calculated and transferred into the field by the application. If the risk rate is not applied, the available credit amount is equal to the amount of collateral checks or P. Notes issued to the bank.
