Shipment addresses are also used to record the business info pertaining to the address.
The shipment address is specified on the shipment address field located on the Details section of slips and invoices. Shipment address information is selected using the "New" option on the Shipment Addresses browser.
Shipment addresses which that are defined over the AR/AP records can be set as default by checking the Default box. When the relevant AR/AP is selected in slips and invoices, the default address will appear. It can be changed if required.

Contact
The country, city, district, town, zip code, address and phone and fax numbers are recorded on the Contact tab of the Shipment Address window.
The country, city, district and town fields used in address information display the definitions recorded using the Address Info option located under the Global menu of the administration section, and a selection is made. These definitions should be made in the Administration section in order to enter shipment addresses completely.
 
Sending e-Invoice on Shipment Address Basis
Users can send invoices to companies based on the shipment address or the AR/AP within the scope of e-invoice application.
In order to send invoices by shipment address, Label Info field located in AR/AP record > Business Info tab > e-Invoice Info heading must be specified as Shipment Address. After selecting, user must enter Postbox Label and Sender Unit Label information under the Contract tab while defining the Shipment Address of the AR/AP. Otherwise, record will not be saved.
Note: If the AR/AP which is selected in the e-invoice record is e-invoice user and the Label Info is set to "Shipment Address", Shipment Address field located under the invoice details tab must be filled.
Note: If invoice will be sent by shipment address, Country Code in the shipment address definition cannot be empty.
