Associations are AR/AP groups formed to sell a material. The associations that the AR/AP is related to are recorded using the Associations option located under the Attached Records menu of the Accounts Receivable & Payable browser.

Each related association is recorded on a separate line using the insert key.
Recorded association definitions are listed on the Association Code and Description field by Aux. Code info, and the related association is selected.
