The BOM Standard Cost Calculation can also be performed using the right mouse button menu of the Sales Order Slip. The BOM Standard Cost Calculation menu option is located in the right mouse button menu of the Sales Order Slips for the following type of of materials:
- Semi-Finished
- Finished Goods
- Material Class (Table)
- Material Class (General)
The BOM Cost Calculation window that opens is the same with the window opened on the Bill of Materials. The fields and functions of the window are:
Date: The order date is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary. When the date is changed, a warning message is displayed indicating that the following information will be deleted:
- Bill Of Materials Code
- Bill Of Materials Description
- Revision Code
- Revision Description
...
Unit: The unit in the order line is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary.
Once the relevant fields are filled in, the standard BOM cost calculation is started by clicking "Calculate" button.
