The BOM Standard Cost Calculation can also be performed using the right mouse button menu of the Sales Order Slip. The BOM Standard Cost Calculation menu option is located in the right mouse button menu of the Sales Order Slips for the semi-finished, finished, material class(table)/material class(general) type of of materials.

The BOM Cost Calculation window that opens is the same with the window opened on the Bill of Materials. However;
The order date is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary. When the date is changed, a warning message is displayed indicating that the bill of materials code/description, revision code and description will be deleted.

The fields are deleted if the message is confirmed. The appropriate BOM defined in the Bill of Materials Relation page of the material is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary. 

Priority: Helps selecting the relevant BOM through the relevant conditioned bills of materials.

Minimum - Maximum Quantity: The quantity information on the order slip line is checked. If the unit on the order slip line is not the main unit, the quantity should be calculated over the main unit type and checked according to this quantity. Not specifying the quantity does not have any importance. Minimum quantity check will be done on 0 unit. 

Start Date: Start date should be before the order date. 

Revision Code / Description: The current revision of the selected or default BOM is displayed as default, however a selection can be made from the revisions linked to the selected BOM. 

Product Code / Description: The material code in the order line is displayed as default and cannot be changed. If the product is a material class or material class (with table), the child materials are listed using the Material Matrix or Material Class Detail Lines options of the right mouse button menu. Child materials are materials defined in the order line; their quantities can be changed, however an existing line can not be deleted, or a new line can not be inserted. If a child material is not defined in the BOM, the application warns the user during calculation, and does not perform the calculation. 

Quantity: The unit in the order line is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary.

Unit: The unit in the order line is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary.

Plant: The plant information in the order is displayed as default, and can be changed if necessary. Once the relevant fields are filled in, the standard BOM cost calculation is started by clicking "Calculate" button.
