If the Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System module of the LOGO application is used, the salespersons are recorded using the Salespersons option . The option is located in the Main Records menu of the Sales and Distribution section. You can record two types of salespersons according to their job descriptions. The type of the salesperson is determined on the type field in the salespersons window. This field offers two options:
- Sales Representative
- Seller
Sales Representative: A sales representative is a salesperson who is responsible for customer relationship management. If the Sales&Distribution Proposal Management System module of the LOGO application is used, the salespersons are recorded using the Salespersons option. Sales representatives determine target customers, prepare customer-specific offers and turn these offers into orders and they are company independent.
Seller: These salespersons are hot sellers within a specific sales route.They are company dependent salespersons.The buttons on the salespersons list and the options on the right mouse button menu are used for defining the salesperson and for actions on available definitions.
