The part information of the workstation is recorded on the Workstation Part window accessed by clicking on "New" button located on the Workstation Parts window. The fields and functions of the window are:
Code: The code of the part used in the workstation.
Description: The name or description of the part used in the workstation.
Aux. Code: The aux. code of the part used in the workstation. This field is used for reporting purposes.
Authorization Code: The authorization code of the part used in the workstation.
Status: Indicates the usage status of the workstation part. The status field has two options: Active and Passive. Definitions selected as passive on this field are not displayed on the parts list accessed through work orders. Therefore, parts with passive status cannot be used in work orders.
