Work Station Characteristics option is used to record the characteristics that affect the determination of the preparation periods of production workstations, and the values of these characteristics. The recorded characteristics are assigned to workstations and used for reporting purposes. The menu options and functions of the workstation characteristics window are:
| New | Used to generate a new workstation characteristic. |
| Update | Used to change the workstation characteristics. |
| Delete | Used to delete the workstation characteristics. This option becomes active only when the cards with passive status are selected. |
| View | Used to view the workstation characteristics without making changes. |
| Copy | Used to create a new record by copying the information of the selected record. Provides ease of use by allowing fast data entry. |
Database Extensions | Used for user-defined forms. | |
Multiple Delete | Used to delete the selected sectors in batch. This option becomes active only when the cards with passive status are selected. | |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Number of Records | Displays the number of recorded cards. | |
Refresh | Used to refresh the workstation characteristics list. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
