Workflow history option is used to list the tasks that are defined and completed in the Workflow Management Module for related records with task code, definition, level, responsible person info. The option is located at the right mouse button menu of the records such as Material Cards, AR/AP Cards, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Sales Dispatches, Purchase Receipts, Sales Invoices, Purchase Invoices, Demand Slips, AR/AP Slips, G/L Slips, Safe Deposit / AR/AP Transactions, Safe deposit / Invoices, Safe Deposit / G/L Transactions, Safe Deposit Transactions. The tasks, which are completed by "Complete Workflow" option that located at the right mouse button menu of the related records/transactions, are displayed at Workflow History window. Red lines show that the task type is approval. Green lines show that the task type is "Other".
The fields and functions of the window are:
Level: It is the workflow level info.
Task Code: The related task card code of the workflow.
Task Definition: Used to record explanatory info about task definition.
Task Description: Explanatory info of the task card which is related to workflow.
Task Type: Displays the workflow's task type. Contains "Approval" and "Other" options.
Workflow Role: Displays the role which completed the defined workflow level. (The responsible role)
User: Displays the user who completed the defined workflow level. (The responsible person)
