The option which is used to define tasks and then list them for the users to see their tasks and realize them. Located under the main records menu of the workflow management section.

| Update | Used to modify task information. |
| Delete | Used to delete the task definition. |
| View | Used to view the task definition card without making changes. |
| Record Info | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Refresh | Used to refresh the task definitions list. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the active window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
