Sales proposals given to all customers by the company are listed by the Sales Proposals option under the Sales Proposal Management menu. This browser is used for review purposes only. The Sales Activities option under the Sales Proposal Management menu is used to prepare a sales proposal, to define revision or alternative for a proposal. .
This list is updated when any changes are made to the proposals entered in the Sales Activities window.
Menu options of the list are as follows:
| View | Used to view the proposal slip without making changes. |
Find | Used to search the requested slip by date and/or number. | |
| Filter | Used to display the records matching the filter conditions specified in the proposals list. |
| Record Information | Indicates the users who performed the entry and update transactions of the selected record and the time of these transactions. |
Number of Records | Displays the number of recorded slips. | |
Update | Used to modify proposals list. | |
Back to Defaults | Used to display the sales proposals window with the standard dimensions defined in the application. |
