Remittance

Companies can perform transactions of separate divisions through a single safe deposit, or a company may have more than one safe deposit used for various purposes. Transactions of such safe deposits are recorded using the remittance slips.
Remittance transactions can be performed between safe deposits of separate divisions, using Remittance (Credit) or Remittance (Debit) options. The division of the safe deposit performing the remittance transaction is specified on the Division field. If the remittance transaction is performed between separate safe deposits of the division, both safe deposits have the same division number. If the remittance is performed between safe deposits of different divisions, the safe deposits of these divisions may or may not be the same. When remittance is performed between divisions, the transaction is displayed as debit for one safe deposit and credit for the other in the safe deposit transactions list.
