The section used to define the transactions required to be reminded and the reminder conditions. Reminder reminds the predefined transactions as time cycled. In order to generate a new reminder and to process the existing records, button and other menu options are used. The tasks to be reminded are listed. The Reminders list menu options and their functions are:

New

Used to define a new reminder.

Update

Used to modify recorded reminder information.

Delete

Used to delete selected reminder definition.

 

Multiple Delete

Used to delete the selected records in batch.

View

Used to view defined reminders without making changes.

Record Info

Used to display the user who first recorded and last updated the reminder record, and the time of these transactions.

 

Refresh

Used to display the reminders list with updated information.

 

Get Statistical Info

Used to get statistical info such as status of the reminder, owner of the task and transaction recording time.

 

Stop Scheduled Task

Used to stop the reminder and scheduled task.
