Once the production order is recorded, the production order is released, and the work orders are created automatically by the LOGO application. Warehouse transfer slips are also generated by work order for pseudo semi finished products with planned status.
Materials related to the same work order and to be used in the same warehouse are recorded in a single slip. This situation applies to warehouse, scrap and input from production as well.
Scrap quantities are determined along with the usage quantities of materials used as input in the operation while the material slips are being generated. The scrap quantities of the operations are determined by processing the scrap rate and scrap type specified for the input materials on the production order lines tab.
The production order is automatically released by the LOGO application when it is recorded for the first time. However, if changes are made to the time and workstation information on the production order lines tab after the release, the user should perform the release operation manually in order to reflect the changes to the work orders and related slips.
Once the release operation is performed, all work orders and operation times are inserted into the time schedule by processing the target start date, planning method and work days specified on the production order.
The work orders are updated according to the planned start time and planned end time information determined as a result of the release operation. Necessary updates are performed for the planned material slip dates according to the work order updates, and the resource usage records are generated.
Once the planned slips are generated, the planned output quantity totals of the work order start date, the planned input quantities of the product and other output materials are updated.
