The print option located in the right mouse button menu of the AR/AP slips window is used to print AR/AP slips one by one. The default printing method of AR/AP slips is specified on the Automatic AR/AP Trans. Printing line of the finance parameters. Slips can be printed either at the moment they are recorded or later. In order to print AR/AP slips, first the slip to be printed and then the Print option is selected.
The print window displays the Form to Be Printed and the Form Unit where the slip will be printed. The AR/AP slip can be previewed on the screen before printing.
