These safe deposit transactions are used when transactions between employees and companies such as advance, work advance and related back payments are performed through safe deposits.
This option is located under the Finance module -> Transactions -> safe deposit transaction types. The debt transactions between the employee and the company are recorded using the "personnel indebtment" and "personnel back payment" options located on the personnel transactions field of the window accessed using the new safe deposit transactions option.
Personnel Indebtment and Personnel Back Payment windows have the same structure. The following information is displayed on the window:
Safe Deposit Code: The safe deposit code of the transaction.
 
Safe Deposit Transaction No: The safe deposit transaction number applied to the transaction.
 
Date: The safe deposit transaction date. The current date is displayed as default.
 
Hour: The hour of the transaction. The system time is displayed as default.
 
Aux. Code: A secondary code field consisting of 10 characters used to classify personnel debt/back payment transactions. The Aux. Code is used to classify safe deposit transactions by company specific criteria. The auxiliary codes are listed, and the related definition is selected. New auxiliary codes can be defined on this field.
 
Authorization Code: The selection is made by accessing the personnel transactions authorization codes screen. Authorization codes are used to define authorizations for each record.
 
Division: This field is used to associate the safe deposit transaction with one of the defined divisions of the company. Division is a physical location that is connected to the headquarters of a company or organization, and that independently manages its own commercial transactions.
 
Department: This field is used to associate the safe deposit transaction with one of the defined departments of the company.
Activities or activity groups within an organization that are independent from each other in terms of organization and accounting.
 
Employee No: Indicates the employee number of the personnel related to the debt or back payment transaction through the safe deposit. The employee card is selected by accessing the employee cards browser in the HR program catalogue on "employee management catalogue" field of the Administration/G/L Parameters section.
 
Name/Surname: The name and surname of the owner of the selected employee card. This field can not be modified. The name/surname on the selected employee card is automatically entered into this field.
 
Debt Transaction Date: Personnel indebtments defined and recorded on the HR application are displayed on the debt records window accessed using the Debt Transaction option located in the F9/right mouse button menu of the Personnel Debt/Back Payment transaction. The debt transaction of the employee is selected on this window, and the transaction's date is automatically transferred into this field.
 
Amount: The debt or back payment amount. The amount selected with the debt transaction and defined on the HR program side is displayed as default and cannot be changed. However, the amount can be changed in back payments.
 
Currency Type Info: Personnel Debt/Back Payment safe deposit transactions can be tracked in local currency or other currency types. The currency and amount in FC information on the lower right of the screen is updated depending on the selection made on this field. The transaction amount in FC and the exchange rate is recorded on "F. Currency Entry" window located in the F9/right mouse button menu of the personnel debt or back payment window.
