This option is located in the right mouse button menu of Debit Note, Credit Note, Sales Due Date Diff. Invoice, Purchase Due Date Diff. Invoice and Opening Voucher type AR/AP slips. The payment date and amount of AR/AP transaction totals are listed, or directly entered into the related fields. Entering the payment date and amount into the slip line helps users to save time, and to enter the required payment amount to the required date.

If no payment plan is used in the transaction, a single transaction of which due date and transaction date are the same and prepayment and default interest values are zero is displayed. If a Payment Plan is used for the transaction, the payment list divided according to the payment plan is displayed in lines.
The payment transactions window is displayed as a table. The window contains the following columns:

  • Payment No.
  • Date
  • Day
  • PPI %, IOD %
  • Payment Amount
  • Discount %
  • Discount Validation
  • Amount For Delay

The table defaults are specified according to the parameters.
A payment plan can be linked to any forward transactions except for the accounts receivable/payable and checks / P. notes. The payment plans specified in the AR/AP or material are transferred into the transaction as default. If a different payment plan will be used for the transaction on the line or the slip bottom, the plan can be changed during the transaction.
The Payment Transactions list generation method has two options depending upon "Invoice Payment Transactions" parameter which is selected in purchasing parameters located in the definitions menu of the Administration section:

  • Partial Payment
  • Average Payment

The default value defined here is transferred as default into sales invoices.
When Average Payment is selected on the payment transactions window, all partial transactions are brought together according to a single due date and interest rate. The due date and interest are calculated using the weighted average of the partial transactions.
