The fixed asset purchases, sales, and expenses are recorded by selecting Link to Fixed Asset option. The line type of the Sales Dispatch and Sales Invoice lines is specified as fixed asset to record the fixed asset sales. The fixed asset of the transaction is selected in the Material Code field. The sales information is recorded using Link to Fixed Asset option located in the F9 key or right mouse button menu.
